prior to the event. An accurate attendance count will
be necessary 48 hours prior to date of event. For catered
evens of less than 100 people, the 48-hour advance attendance
commitment will be considered a guarantee not subject to changes or
reductions and charges will be made accordingly. Prices guaranteed
for 60 days from date of reservation - otherwise subject to
change.
